Policies

1. Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.

2. Flowers sent are subject to availability and may differ slightly from featured in the brochure or website. All payments should be made before we can process your order.

3. Cancellation of orders : We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and we have started to process the services for the customers.

4. For delivery from Monday-Saturday : 9am - 1pm, orders must be placed one ( 1 ) day in advance or before 5pm.

5. For delivery from Monday-Saturday : 2pm - 7pm, orders must be submitted by 12 noon, after which the delivery will be on the next working day.

6. We provide FREE office hour delivery to certain areas of Jakarta (9am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday) for the first delivery attempt. There will be re-delivery or re-location charge for any subsequent delivery attempt. 

7. Additional service fee will be imposed for deliveries outside office hours.

8. There will be an additional surcharge for delivery during Sundays and Public Holidays.

9. We provide URGENT delivery on a case by case basis and urgent delivery fee will apply.
